Is it just me or has the church and those who call themselves Christians lost their mind or are we in the mist of the Great Falling Away mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:3?
From every thing that I seen lately with the acceptance of mainline denomination churches allowing homosexuals to be ordained and to pastor churches. To the false doctrines and teaching like Oneness Pentecostals and the Word of Faith, Blab it and Grab it. To the false teachings on spiritual gifts and speaking in tongues to the prosperity Gospel. Ephesians 4:14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting,
What is going on? I tell you what it is, Apostasy, plain and simple. 1 Peter 4:17 For the time has come for judgment to begin at the house of God; and if it begins with us first, what will be the end of those who do not obey the gospel of God?
It is also lukewarmness to the max. I have never seen the church so tolerant and so wisher washy and all of my years as a minister of the Gospel. I know it has got to make God sick. It makes me want to puke!

I completely agree with you, Frank! While I was on vacation I attended my old AOG church and I could hardly keep my eyes open. I also attended a fundamental Baptist church that my son-in-law and daughter attended when they lived in Maine. Hands down, this pentacostal girl would have chosen the Baptist church over the AOG. We all got a good laugh over that! Anyway, I decided that I was going to give my Free Methodist church (for lack of anything better) another chance and go this Sunday. Then I spoke with a lady from there and she was telling me that the new pastor is going to be a guy that I know. He's a great guy but difinately NOT pastor material. . . my heart sunk. I was so hoping and praying for a good pastor. Then she started talking about how wonderful the book Heaven Is So Real was and my heart sunk further. I don't think I can go back to that church :(

Keep praying and seeking the Lord for the one He would have you to attend. It may be that there is none for now!
