Who is chiefly to blame....

Who is chiefly to blame for the falling away of our youth? Was the family the first institution that God ordained?

It always starts with the family.

Train up a child in the way He should go and when He gets they will not depart from it. Proverbs 22:6

Deuteronomy 6:4-9 “Hear, O Israel: The LORD our God, the LORD is one![a] 5 You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength.
6 “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. 7 You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. 8 You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. 9 You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

I also believe that the Church is also responsible and have failed in this area.

I agree with you, brothers. The breakdown of the family unit started this onslaught against our youth and then the turning away from God as a nation has finished it off. We have an entire generation who live in a country founded on Godly principles and yet many don't even know who Jesus is. . .or don't care. Then the satanic influences through music and movies will be the final downfall for the youth of today. The churches are caught up in their own deceptions and are good for only furthering the destruction. Then the "Church" is caught up in the world making us, for the most part, failures at winning souls for Jesus Christ.
