"What is your opinion?

Postby Bible Bear » 24 Feb 2010, 17:51

Right now they are having the winter Olympics in Vancouver Canada. To be honest with you I don't really care for winter Olympics. The summer is better but even I don't follow that much really. I guess snow depresses me. The only event I like is ice skating. I kind of like those ski flips too.

Well everyone is not the same. What is your thought on the winter Olympics? Do you like it? Do you watch any of this? What is your opinion on this?

I really don't pay much attention to the winter or summer olympics. A good huntin' or fishin' show works better for me! Or if WKU is playing football or basketball! hahahah

I've never had the opportunity to snow ski (poor, live in the South, etc., lol). However, watching it on TV fascinates me, and I love to watch the men & women's downhill races.

My take on both Olympics is I never watch either of them..
It is just sports that will not help me in life...

My day is basically trying to get these done and then relax with finding some laughter...
I won't find it with the Olympics.

But i'm not saying that the Olympics are a bad thing..For some it is the best thing..but not my cup of tea or any other beverage :thudd

I enjoy the ice-skating events the most. I watched some of the guys doing the skate boards...I could hardly look when they went up the sides and looked almost suspended in mid-air for an instant before coming back down. It made me nervous!
I don't care much for Ice-hockey but the down hill raceing is pretty good.
Looks like I probably like the little parts of winter and summer...can't ever just sit and watch all of it.
But this winter olympics is very sad with all the deaths, injuries and fighting among teams...etc.
Give me football (Dallas of course) or even Nascar but Home and Garden rates right up there in my top most watched tv!
