Up until now this has always been the AKJ 1611. But now God has lead me to information that suggests the AKJ is not what I have always believed it to be.

The key to knowing which church and which Bible is truth all starts with a personal relationship with Christ and being born of the spirit according to John 3:3

If you tell this to most King James onlies, they will tell you that you are a sinner because they do not believe anything, not even a personal relationship with God, is needed over and above the King James Bible- or at least what they or their pastors say about the King James Bible. The fact that the King James (and every other translation I have examined) can have multiple interpretations shows that knowing the true meaning is dependent on being lead by the Holy Ghost.

Do you have the Spirit of the Living God in you BOD?

That is for God to decide. I can claim to have His Spirit in me, but that doesn’t guarantee that I do in fact have His Spirit. The same is true for every other man, woman and child on earth past, present and future.

First, How do you know what you believe is from the Lord?

How do you know it isn’t? The simple fact is what you believe regarding God boils down to faith.

When you began this thread, you didn't even know if you would go to hell if you committed suicide.

This isn’t what I asked. I asked what hell is. God has allowed me to experience such misery on earth that I cannot fathom that He plans to give me any time in paradise. My life so far has been such a disaster that I see no reason to want eternal life. I would consider eternal death/annihilation a blessing because it would be far better than anything I have ever known.

Are you homebound and can't get out to attend a church?

Pretty much, since I don’t drive due to my arthritis.

I have asked you this numerous times, what is your name and what do people call you?

For privacy purposes I don’t give out this kind of information on the net.

No sir it is not. You choose whether or not you have a relationship with God. If one is born again, the Holy Spirit indwells within them!

We are guaranteed His indwelling! Salvation is not an off and on again game.

If you tell this to most King James onlies, they will tell you that you are a sinner because they do not believe anything, not even a personal relationship with God,
Where do you come up with this stuff? We know it's not in church. I'm beginning to think that it all comes from the internet, and there is absolutely no discernment.

This is the relationship that we are talking about...

Plan of Salvation: Rebirth is the Answer to Life’s Most Important Question
Plan of Salvation -- We think life’s most important question is “Are you going to heaven when you die?” It is not a question of how good you are, whether you go to church, or how much money you give to charity. God says, in order to go to heaven, you must be born again (John 3:3).

Plan of Salvation: How can we be Born Again?
The plan of salvation is right in the Bible. God gives us His clear plan for being “born again.”

First, we must acknowledge God as the Creator of everything, and accept our humble position in God's creation. "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created." (Revelation 4:11).

Next, we must realize that we are sinners. “For all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).

Because we are sinners, we are condemned to death. “For the wages of sin is death” (Romans 6:23). This includes eternal separation from God.

But God loved each of us so much that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to bear our sin and die in our place. “God demonstrates His love toward us, in that, while we were still sinners, Christ died for us” (Romans 5:8). Although we cannot understand how, God said our sins were laid upon Jesus and He died in our place. Jesus became our substitute.

In the Bible, a jailer asked his prisoners, Paul and Silas: “’Sirs, what must I do to be saved?’ So they said, ‘Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved.’” (Acts 16:30-31).

It’s very clear in the Bible, believe in Jesus as the one who bore your sins, died in your place, was buried, and whom God resurrected. It’s Christ’s blood and resurrection that assures us of everlasting life when we call on Him as our Lord and Savior. "For whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved." (Romans 10:13). “Whosoever” includes each and every one of us.

Therefore, if you understand that you are a sinner, and you believe that Jesus Christ came as the one and only Redeemer of sin, then you understand the plan of salvation. The question is – are you ready to implement the plan, by receiving God’s gift of His Son, Jesus Christ? If so, believe in Christ, repent of your sins, and commit the rest of your life to Him as Lord:

“Father, I know that I have broken your laws and my sins have separated me from you. I am truly sorry, and now I want to turn away from my past sinful life toward you. Please forgive me, and help me avoid sinning again. I believe that your son, Jesus Christ died for my sins, was resurrected from the dead, is alive, and hears my prayer. I invite Jesus to become the Lord of my life, to rule and reign in my heart from this day forward. Please send your Holy Spirit to help me obey You, and to do Your will for the rest of my life. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.”

"Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit." (Acts 2:38)

You are ignoring what I actually said. Jim Baker and Jimmy Swaggert claimed that they were filled with the Holy Ghost. But are they? A neighbor that lived in the neighborhood where I grew up has always claimed that she is filled with the Holy Ghost. Her only source of income was her SSI check and whatever her husband could make as little more than a day-laborer. But I've known her to tithe to 2 and 3 and 4 churches and preachers at the same time expecting God to rain down money in return. But she was put into a nursing home against her will in 2005 and she became belligerent and combative to just about everyone that comes in contact with her. So is she really filled with the Holy Ghost? Only God can decide yes or no with certainty, although I seriously doubt it. Anyone can claim to have a personal relationship with God, but only God knows whether or not a person is sincere.

I want a relationship with God, but as far as I can tell God doesn’t want to have anything to do with me.

My personal experience in dealing with King James onlies.

I’ve never said otherwise.

First, we must acknowledge God as the Creator of everything,

Been there, done that.

and accept our humble position in God's creation.

Psalm 8
4 What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
5 For thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
6 Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet:
7 All sheep and oxen, yea, and the beasts of the field;
8 The fowl of the air, and the fish of the sea, and whatsoever passeth through the paths of the seas.

We are just a little lower than the Angels. Our position in God’s creation is not all that humble.

Next, we must realize that we are sinners.

Been there, done that.

Because we are sinners, we are condemned to death.

Yea, death, not eternal torment.

But God loved each of us so much that He gave His only begotten Son, Jesus, to bear our sin and die in our place.

I’ve never said otherwise, but I have to make sure that Jesus is the real Christ and not one of the false Christs He warned us about (Matthew 24:24).

No that is not the case at all!

I want a relationship with God, but as far as I can tell God doesn’t want to have anything to do with me.
Well you are not looking at things in the right manner! God most definitely wants a relationship with you!! From what we have heard from you, you do not have an open mind nor an open heart. You are not being honest with us or yourself. You have contradicted yourself over and over again.

If you have to be sure as you say, then you do not believe God is your Savior. You have not put your faith in Him. You can't have it both ways.
