I am also a member of the Baptist SBC though my faith is in God, and I believe we are to publicly profess our faith in Christ before men, and be baptized publicly signifying we are indentifying with the death m burial and resurrection of Christ,
I had a brother in Christ to give me a small booklet called the "TRAIL OF BLOOD" it has to do with the Baptist Church birth, and their persecution .
