Simple life Manhattan: a 90-square-foot microstudio

By choosing a studio that measures just 12 feet by 7 feet, Felice Cohen can afford to live in Manhattan's Upper West Side where apartments rent for an average of $3,600 per month. She pays just over $700 for her 90-square-foot microstudio. After a bit of adjustment she now loves living smaller, simpler and cozier.

*I'm so claustrophobic, just watching the first minute of this was an accomplishment!
I could never live in a space that small, it's a closet!
I'm so thankful to be blessed with a home that measures 5600 square feet, which sits on a little over 15 acres of land.
Thank you Lord for blessing me!

The only thing that would bother me is the $700 a month rent for a closet and she has been doing this for three years. I have lived in a space almost this small and have had a bed in a closet under the stairs.

Personally, I believe this is how our government would like Americans to live in a closet while they live in mansions...

For example, Gore who has the one of the largest houses preaches 'global warming',but his own teaching does not apply to him...

We built two houses, and we lived in our camp trailer twice, for eight months...

That's enough for me....Image

Wow...Joye....5600 is a LARGE house...

I would HATE to clean it...Image

My house is almost 2,000 ft.which we would like to DOWNSIZE since our kids are gone...

I have two acres that I have to weedeat and mow,and that's enough for me; however, I would like more land just leave it natural...

Frank, my bedroom when I was a teenager was the attic, it was like a shoebox!
Jeani, we purchased land and built our 'dream home', it was our design. It's 'Country Victorian', 2800 square feet top and basement.
I'm blessed beyond measure -
