Quran = reminder to pray for Muslims

The Qurans that Florida Pastor Terry Jones planned to burn on the anniversary of 9/11 are now in the hands of another group that has a different agenda.

Reverend Patrick Mahoney, director of the Christian Defense Coalition (CDC), plans to distribute the Qurans to churches and Christian leaders who promise to keep them as a reminder to pray for Muslims and share with them the love of Christ.

"The response has been overwhelming. We've been getting calls from church leaders and churches across America," Mahoney reports. "We'll have no problem distributing these Qurans."

Patrick MahoneyThe CDC director had traveled to Gainesville, Florida, in the days before September 11 to try and convince Jones to cancel the burning. He believes Christians should take a different approach to reach Muslims.
