Please pray for my dad and my family. For the last couple of months doctors have been runing lots of different tests. He had lost his voice and they didn't know why or what it was. It;s been close to 5 or 6 months now that my mom says that he hasn't been able to speak. The latest test results came in earlier today and they show he has lung cancer and it has spreaded a good bit and they have found a spot on his brain. But doesn't know what it is as yet. They now are waiting to hear frm a cancer specialist until then we do not know what type of lung cancer he has and we do not know what stage yet. Please say a prayer for him and my family. My mom asked me to get a prayer requests out and ask for all the prayers they can get. Can't even tell you how much its appreciated.

Father, I come to you asking that you bring peace to this family during this time of such bad news. I pray that you bring healing to this father and give the doctors wisdom on how to treat him. Give them all guidence to make the right decisions. I can relate to what must be going through their minds. Comfort all of them and draw them near to you. In Jesus mighty name, Amen!

Thank you for the prayers they are truly appreciated and needed.

Heavenly Father. . .we come before you asking that You intervene in the life of "heaven's" earthly father. You know exactly what is going on so we ask for Your healing touch on this man's life. Comfort "heaven" and her family in knowing that You have everything under control. Cause them to be able to put their trust in You completely as You work in their lives. In Jesus' wonderful name. . .Amen!

There is alot of people from all over praying for my dad and my family. I thank God for that. Want to please ask for the prayers to keep coming. Friday afternoon after spending the morning with my dad he went to see the cancer specialist and the doctor immediately put my dad in the hospital, at the time they weren't sure if he would pull through, he was doing so bad, but the treatments they started him on, he responded good to them. They ran more test (MRI) and stuff. The cancer has gone into his brain. The tumor found in his brain is over 2 inches wide and is in a very senstive part of his brain and needs to come out. My dad had the immediate family come together with him to make the desicsion if he had surgery or not. We all agreed he should go through with it and he said that is what he wanted. So tomorrow afternoon he will go in and have brain surgery. They had started him on radition treatments but now have brought them to a stop as of yesterday. in two weeks they will begin with them again. The tumor in the brain needs to come out first before they can work on the rest of the cancer in his lungs and throat. Please remember him in prayer. Know God is with him and my mom, all this is taking its tole on her as well. But it sure is comforting to know others are out there praying. Thank you.

Father, I come asking for your guiding hand to be upon the doctors as they remove this tumor and that you give healing for this father. I also ask that you give Sherry and her family peace and comfort as they go through this. Give them encouragement through someone, some prayer or some event. I ask this in the mighty name of Jesus, Amen!

Lord God. . .Heavenly Father. . .I lift up "heaven's" dad in prayer. I ask, in Jesus' name, that You would touch him in a way that only You can do. I pray, Holy Spirit, that You will flood this man and his family with your holy presence. Give them peace that he is in your hands and no matter what happens, You will be there for them. Amen

Heaven, my estranged husband was on life support only about 2 weeks ago. Doctors told his brother to "pull the plug" because there would be too much brain damage. His brother refused. My husband is now back in his own apartment with no brain damage. God answers prayer. Praise Him! Praise Him!

With my computer being down and sick for the past several weeks, i haven't been able to give any kind of update on my dad and thank everyone for the prayers that have gone forth for my dad and family. Thank you very much.

Really want to thank everyone that has been praying for my dad. Please keep him in your prayers. He is really have a hard time with it all. At the moment he is getting over the Flu that has gone through everyone lately and his immune system is shot. So it's taking time to heal but is getting over it. The cancer has spreaded into his back somewhat, and the pain is really bad. The surgery seemed to have gone good the tumor is out snd has heal up nicely, and now he is in the middle of radition treatments for killing off the rest of the cancer cells that were left in his brain from the tumor.

They haven't even begin working on the rest of the cancer in his body. The Lung specialist and the neosurgean said they needed to get the brain first being it's the most imporant, it controls the rest of his body. My dad had lost some of his motor skills, he speach only got a little better, we all are still having a hard time understanding what he whispers to us. His writng isn't to good either but he can write to us better. He will need to go to a therapist after he has gotten through all the kemo to get his motor skills fully back. That will take sometime before being able to. He has most resorted to his bedroom for most of the time. Though rest and sleep is only coming short lengths of time he just isn't getting what he needs. Plus he has lost lots of weight and has become very fagile.

Please keep him in prayers?

My dad had to be rushed to the hospital, he begin running fever and throwing up and feeling bad enough he asked to go to the emergency room. His had erays done and they show infection in his left lung where the cancer is located. He now does have pneumonia. We all knew there would be a possiblity that this flu would turn into pneumonia, his immune system is shot. He had seemed to be getting through it. He is now home, my mom called me to let me know what going on. Please pray that the antibicotic they are placing him on works.
