A car was going down Forest Brook Ave. Joe was driving the car with his friend Rich as his friend as a passenger. Joe was driving by some businesses. He told Rich, now when you drive down this street you really need to watch out. Because often times on the side of the building a cop car may be parked. They are giving people tickets for speeding in this business area. So remember keep the speed down when you drive over here.

As Joe was driving suddenly he saw a flashing red and blue light. It was a cop car behind him. Joe said what in the world is this cop doing? I did not speed. I know how to be safe in this area. So he pulled over and the officer came up to his car. Joe said. Hey officer what is the problem? I did not speed. I know how fast I was driving. The officer said. You drove at the perfect speed of 45 as the sign says doing that as you ran the red light. What red light? Joe says. The officer said if you would have stopped gabbing away to your friend you would have seen one. .
