How to add to your Bible!
What are the 4 things your Bible needs?
We are not to add or subtract from His Word
This is true…
So, what is this about adding you say?

Over the years I have found His Word
Complete, full and perfect, but…
I have added 3 things to make my personal
Bible even more than it was the
Day I purchased it.

Have I changed or altered its pureness?
Not in the least!
Have I manufactured some mind or
Emotional self doctrines?
Never!

So, exact what did I add to my personal copy
Of His perfect Word to make it more than it was?

Here are the 3 things I've added to my study Bible;

1. Ripped and torn front and back covers from extreme wear

2. Hand stains from using it.

3. Worn out frayed pages and edges.

4. Tears marks from weeping for souls.

What have YOU added to your personal Bible?

Dust?

Coffee ring stains?

Dried cracked cover from lack of use?

Don't know cause you can't remember where you
Left it?

Is your Bible just a "Sunday Go To Meeting' book?
If your personal Bible looks exactly the same today as
It did the day you first got it then

Tell me what is wrong with that picture?
Why haven't you added these 4 things to yours? © 2010 by Steven D. Ashe and Study The Word Ministries® from 'My Thoughts' ® by Study The Word Publications ®

John 5:39 (KJV) 39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

2 Timothy 2:15 (KJV) 15 Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.

2 Timothy 3:16-17 (KJV) 16 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: 17 That the man of God may be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.

Proverbs 15:28 (KJV) 28 The heart of the righteous studieth to answer: but the mouth of the wicked poureth out evil things.

Psalms 19:7-10 (KJV) 7 The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul: the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple. 8 The statutes of the LORD are right, rejoicing the heart: the commandment of the LORD is pure, enlightening the eyes. 9 The fear of the LORD is clean, enduring for ever: the judgments of the LORD are true and righteous altogether. 10 More to be desired are they than gold, yea, than much fine gold: sweeter also than honey and the honeycomb.

2 Samuel 22:31 (KJV) 31 As for God, his way is perfect; the word of the LORD is tried: he is a buckler to all them that trust in him.

2 Peter 3:2 (KJV) 2 That ye may be mindful of the words which were spoken before by the holy prophets, and of the commandment of us the apostles of the Lord and Saviour:

Psalms 138:2 (KJV) 2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

John 15:7 (KJV) 7 If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

2 Samuel 23:2 (KJV) 2 The Spirit of the LORD spake by me, and his word was in my tongue.

John 12:48 (KJV) 48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

Revelation 20:12 (KJV) 12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.
