Forum Ettiquete

As I'm sure that many of you have seen a post in the Health and Wellness section, which is rather harsh towards Bro. Frank and the rest of us, I feel it necessary to review our forum guidelines. To tell you the truth, ours are quite simple and to the point.

#6 Treat others with dignity & respect (as you like being treated). No name calling, teasing, wisecracks, talking down to, or belittling members. No sowing discord in a joking or argumentative behavior in the spirit of dissension or the guise of 'just kidding', or off hand comments of how you have been treated by others. Rationally discuss the argument and do not attack our members or mods. Luke 6:31

One of the most common rules of most every forum is what you see in the above guideline. The main point I wish to offer is that in everything that is written it should always be directed to the post and not the poster.

When someone disagrees with you, by all means discuss it; but be slow to anger, and rather be
eager to get into the Word and find the answers.

Think before you post or reply. Think about how your post, pm or email may affect someone else. Don't post in anger. Show respect at all times.

Build each other up in Jesus name, sharing, guiding, gently admonishing when necessary, rebuking if needed but all in love and all in the name of Jesus.
