Why do we do
Things that displeases you?

You gave your life
With scars and stripes

With no shame and remorse
We need your straight path and course

We really need to believe
This notion why not I can't perceive

Please forgive us Lord when we do wrong
Forevermore and each day long

For with you is where we want to stay
For with you is the best and only way
