My Appreciation to this family

Postby Remnant » 01 Mar 2010, 22:20

I am so thankful for all of you and you have been wonderful in support of me and my wife during this very difficult time. This forum is a place of comfort, like a warm glove in the winter time. I know where to come when I need a little warmth from my brothers and sisters. It is often like a refreshing drink of water on a hot summer day.

I am grateful to my Lord for sending us all the new members like Troy, Anna, Eric, Robbie, Jason, and Woody and RP of late. We are so glad that you joined us.

It is good to see Libby, Lynda and all the other faithful members participating and getting to know one another. What a Joy and a blessings. From all of us. Myself, Carmela, Jeani and Wayne. Thank You for being a part of our daily lives and family!

And thank YOU, for having us!!! The Lord made all this possible, you put it together, and here we are, all edifying each other and building up the Body of Christ. What a family it is, in this day and age, a true "remnant". I'll quit preaching & just say "thank you".lol

Yes, I love my church family on this forum.

When one member suffers, all members suffers...

Glad to have more men join us...

Glad to have a pastor leading our family.

For in fact the body is not one member but many. 1 Cor. 12:14

If the foot should say, 'Because I am not a hand, I am not of the body,' is it therefore not of the body?

And if the ear should say, Because I am not an eye, I am not of the body, is it therefore not of the body?

If the whole body were an eye, where would be the hearing? If the whole were hearing where would be the smelling?

But now God has set the members, each one of them, in the body just as He please.

I just want to thank you Lord for this wonderful family.

I get so excited being able to get online and talk about the things I love and have fellowship with others that Love you too.

Not like at some places that just want to argue about doctrine.

Lord, keep us close...we desire to seek your face...your truth...and to let your light shine through us to a dark dark world.

We pray for your soon return.

We pray for Isreal ... the apple of your eye and Jersusalem...YOUR city.

We look for you and here we can come together and acknowledge the excitement that is in our hearts.

Strengthen us Lord, open doors to witness to tell the lost about the Good news that they too can know the fellowship of peace and joy and abundant life that is only found in our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

May you and you alone be exalted and receive all praise and honor and glory.
Amen
