The Colors of God's Creation
It started with the black of darkness
And the stars and clouds so white
To me that's a beautiful sight.
With the sunsets of orange
with the yellow of the sun
these colors are bright
so lovely and fun
With purple mountains majestic
and forests of green
that's also a very beautiful scene
with waters and the sky so blue
God's vision of color was
shining through
he gave us his Son with the
color of red
and the ring of brown thorns
placed around his head
then of course there's
gold, silver and gray
and so many more colors
that we use each day
