Service Provider Update: We were able to fix the current issues of overload by disabling the header chat. Unfortunately, this will remain disabled until we release a new chat solution later this week. This new chat will look exactly the same, but have some key optimizations needed to work in a high traffic environment such as ours.
If you would like to chat in the mean time. Just look at the Chat in the bar. Click and it will take you to a private Chat Room.

Chat Box is scheduled to be back by mid week and suppose to work better.
