Our church's pastor, of 10 years, has just left our church ...
I guess you can say, we have had a 'lukewarm message' from the pulpit for the last 10 years...
I ask you to pray for us...
Right now we have sooo much divisions amongst us...
I ask you to pray for God's Will upon our church,and not ours...
To remove 'self' as an idol within our church.
That God will return His Word back into our church..
Also, for those on the 'pulpit search committee' that they will be Godly people,and not personal favorites...
I treasure your prayers...

Father, I come to you again and ask that you send the right person to pastor this church and to shepherd these people. Let him be your chosen person, just for this time and for this moment. I ask that you give the pulpit committees wisdom and discernment in their search.
Let this individual preach the non compromising word of God and may he be an example in his life and in his family life. Bless this church with a Christ centered pastor. I ask this in Jesus name, Amen!
