Palm Sunday, Ash Wednesday, Lent, Advent? Are these times not honored properly with out all of the extravagant ceremonies that many orthodox, catholic churches insist on?

Wayne, It depends on what one considers honoring properly. I do not think that having all the church rituals and traditions is always honoring our Lord. It may seem proper to some in that setting, but I find it honors man more then our Lord.
