Lifting Frank and Joan in Prayer

Postby AHeartofJoye » 29 Mar 2011, 18:36

Brothers and sisters, please remember brother Frank and sister Joan in prayer.
Please pray for a full and complete healing for sister Joan, a successful surgery for brother Frank and his full and complete healing.
May the Lord God carry them through this trying time, with His love, comfort and peace. In the Name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

Lord ,
I lift Frank and his wife up before you and ask that you wrap your healing hands around them and take away the pain that they are going thru and that you heal them. Let them have peaceful minds during these trying times. Let them pull closer to you and lean on you and each other. In Jesus name I pray!! AMEN!!

Hi everyone, I am sorry for the delay in posting an update on Joan. This is due to some health issues of my own that I will discuss later. Joan has now finished with her third treatment. She has done well except for the nausea and weakness that occurs for about three to four days after treatment. They have given her a space age type watch that sends impulses to the brain to help with the nausea. It helps a lot.

She will have her first CA 125 blood test and scores to see where we are with the treatment. We are hoping and praying for a great outcome.

Now, My health issues have been ongoing for the last couple of years with diverticulitus and back at Christmas we found that I had gallstones. I am scheduled to have a operation around the first of may to get rid of my gall bladder and to repair my abdominal wall hearnia. At first the doctors wanted to take out part of my deasesed colon. After a colonoscopy exam and removal of polips and a biopsy they found the diverticulitus to be gone and with traces of diverticulosis. Praise God!

Now, all that needs to be done is a couple of laprocopic proceeders to remove the gallblader and repair the hernia. If I continue to put the gallbladder operation off, the greater the risk of infection and poisioning.

I will keep you posted. We covet your continued prayers. Joan and I also feel that the mountain top is in view and that we are on the verge of coming out of this valley.

Thank is very good news brother Frank! I will continue to keep you and sister Joan in prayer.
May our loving Lord give you both complete healing and comfort. I pray your surgery goes well brother Frank, that the Lord guide the surgeon's eyes and hands,
and that you have a full and speedy recovery. I pray that sister Joan be completely and fully healed, that all cancer be gone for ever from her body. I pray she does not
suffer from nausea and diarrhea or weakening from the Chemo treatments. May the Lord keep you both covered with comfort, strength, and hold you close in His love.
In the name of Jesus I pray, Amen.

Please continue to keep Frank and Joan in prayer.
