Please pray for Randy M. Hubby and I just got word last night that a neighbor not a mile from us was beaten by two men using an axe handle to within an inch of his life. They tied him up in duct tape. It was a black man and a white man.

Randy, who is in his upper 50s, lives a pretty loose life, plays around with other women. We hear that the two men stopped at a neighbor's house not 1/2 mile from Randy's to ask where he lived. The neighbor, of course, did not know what the men intended to do.

Randy needs your prayers for healing and for salvation. We have not heard anymore and a quick call to the local hospital revealed that he is not there. He may have been transported to a big city hospital, we've no way of knowing. Randy has no relatives in this area and living rural as we all do, each of the neighbors (including us) are isolated. Incidents such as this can so easily happen without anyone knowing. I'll keep you posted.
