Away from The Forum

Postby Remnant » 13 Jul 2008, 13:32

Joan and I are leaving Tuesday morning July 15th after I do devotion at an assisted living home for Oklahoma. We will be driving through Alabama, Tenn. Arkansas and then run old Rt 66 in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

I am chaplain of A Chevrolet HHR Club and I will be speaking on Sunday morning. Pray for the small service and for our witness to about 40 HHR car enthusiast. Many are Christian and some are not, Of course!

We are using this time to enter into the Lord's rest and renewal. Joan needs it as much as I because of her never ending long 20 years of service to Walk Thru The Bible Ministries and her continuing support of me as a minister of the gospel. We will be sure to take a lot of pictures!

I am leaving this forum with a assured spirit and mind that all will run well here why I am gone. If possible, but very unlikely, I will try to check in at least once while away. Returning on 22nd of July.

Carmela and Jeani, I thank you for your commitment and service to help with this wonderful forum. Just like the little Animation graphic says; We are a family that loves Jesus.

Keep us in your prayers for safety, souls, and serenity!

Wait! Isn't there some forum rule that says you have to write something at least every-other day? I believe I wrote that myself. Yes, yes I believe I did! :D Really, I hope you will have a great time in your travels and will be fully refreshed with a renewed spirit to share more with us. Thanx for your devotion and sharing yourself with all of us! Love, Sweets
