After carful prayer and consideration and because their will be times when I might be away from the forum because of my wife's illness I have decided to ask Brother Wayne to help moderate. He is is experienced at it and will make a big contribution to this forum. Jeani and Carmela are wonderful moderators and will continue being moderators. I just felt that at this time we could use Brother Wayne!
Please make him feel at home and thank you brother for being a part of this wonderful team.

I personally think it's very important to have a male moderator on the site, too.
