2 Churches Open Doors to Muslim Worship

They see it as their Christian duty. But others disagree, saying it extends the hand of fellowship where it was never intended to go.
Two Protestant churches are taking some heat from critics for opening their church buildings to Muslims needing places to worship because their own facilities were either too small, or under construction.

We allow Imams in mosques in this country to spew their hatred for Jews and Christians and their desire to see Israel destroyed and do absolutely nothing about it. Now we open our church doors to them?????

I also think that lots of Christians cannot draw the line between acting in love and standing for the faith. They are so afraid to be negative because they feel that wouldn't show the love of Jesus. There are times when we need to take a stand and not be so wishy-washy. This is one of those times. Another of those times is exposing and rebuking false teachers.

Christianity has taken such a hard hit and so many Christians are falling to 'feel good' beliefs. I honestly wonder if there are enough of us left with the guts to stand and make a difference?

Very good point, Wayne. Like the protestors (true believers) at the Todd Bentley service. They were made to look like trouble makers. . . accusers of a brother in Christ. Christians just cannot see the difference today and I would hate to be in their shoes on the day of the rapture.

It's sad but at the same time it's not, because it just let's us know that we are even closer to His glorious return.

Jesus once said will I find faith when I return? The verses about the narrow way vs. the wide path is getting more relevant every day. Many are on the autobaun to hell with the emergant church seeker friendky church the joel osteen feel good talks, the new age influence in most denominations, the purpose drivel mess ect, ect. There will be faith but it will be a small reminant of believers who will have to come out from amoung the harlot church. The church is falling for evwery fad that comes around with going back into the cerimonial law prayer shauls blowing shofars trying to be Jews ect. I am totally sick of so called christianity these days. Just remember in the beginning of revelation Jesus was in the midst of the 7 candlesticks and by the 3rd chapter where is he? Standing on the outside of Laodiecian church knocking on the door wanting someone to let him in. Jesus said the last day church made him want to puke and we see why with the laughing soakinmg prayers and all the other mess thats getting pushed as a moving of the spirit no wonder he is ill. Their is a big move of a spirit but I ask all of you what spirit is it?

Well said Don!
Unfortunately today, there are too many Churches that want to be politically correct.
Bottom line - it's another slap in the face of our Lord Jesus! Blasphemy! Exodus 20:3 KJV -Thou shalt have no other gods before me.

Yes, very well said, Don. On the news this morning they were talking about this and the leaders of the church said, "We opened our doors to them (the Muslims) because that's what Jesus would do." Yeah, is that what Jesus would do???? Seems to me that false prophets/teachers were met with rebuke not embraces. . .right???

Lets see what did Jesus say about the religious crowd. He called them white washed tombs, blind guides, sons of hell ect, ect. Jesus drove out the money changers with a whip. I think he was a real mans man not the effeminate metrosexual he is portrayed like in todays church and those wimpy paintings. I am SICK of the oh we got to love everyone and not judge idiots we have in most pulpits today.
