God loves you 'just the way you are'!

Romans 5:8
(King James Version)
8 But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.

Yes, God loved us so much that while we were still sinners, Jesus died for us. He loves us just the way we are but He doesn't want us to stay the way we are. I know a homosexual man who has fooled himself into believing that God loves him right where he's at. . . loves him "just the way he is". Where he is at is in a homosexual relationship so this Scripture can be twisted unfortunately.

Thank you sister for your post (:

Yes, sister you are correct! Satan knows scripture and he likes to twist it and fool people. That's his goal to blind, bind, and entwine into his snare.
God loves us and wants us to come to Him - which means giving up the old self. In repenting, we decide to turn from sin and turn to God!
We then walk in newness of life, with our sins washed away by the blood of Christ Jesus.
